We are a firm believer that getting involved in your community is beneficial for both your mind and your body. There’s a sense of connection, solidarity, and strength.
Our community involvement gives something back by sharing our time, heart. We tackle trauma, abuse issues, talk about the importance of healing and recovery.
Join us: 9.30-10.30 am “Good Morning Thursday” (fortnightly) at The Hemp Cafe in Stirling- It’s important to feel supported and connected to local women who struggled even worse trauma because of social isolation past few months.
We are a sacred and safe female space to share our wisdom, stories, and feel held.
Join us online: – monthly, Espresso Yourself, focused on mindfulness. A virtual environment where self-love and empowerment are encouraged and cultivated.
A space to grow and empower together. – monthly, UNbroken BAME coffee – Many women from minorities groups are deliberately targeted because men know they won’t ever come forward to complain due to family shame and honour.
A safe place of freedom and confidentiality to share each other experiences and lighten the load. We focus purely on healing from pain and trauma, we are here to empower each other and find the way forward.
We run local fundraisers, raffles and meet-ups.
